The Spear Exchange is a localized online marketplace concept designed exclusively for FSU students, created as a demo project for our university’s Information Technology Project Management course. The platform provides a safe, student-verified space to buy, sell, and trade items within the campus community.
As the project manager, I led team discussions, set priorities, and ensured tasks were completed on time. I developed the Gantt chart to structure our timeline, coordinated deliverables, and kept the team aligned with deadlines. I also organized and distributed project files, including the final presentation deck, to maintain smooth collaboration and ensure all materials were ready for submission.
